2016 ZNIR/CIA Summer Seminar [UPDATE]
The 23rd annual ZNIR/CIA Summer Iaido Seminar will be held in Victoria, BC, from May 27 to May 29, 2016. [UPDATED WITH LOCATION]

We have the spectacularly good fortune of having two very high ranking sensei visiting from Japan. ZNIR Vice President and ZNIR Kantou Chiku Renmei President Kato Haruo Sensei, 10th dan Hanshi and Tanida Hiroshi Sensei, 10th dan Hanshi also from the ZNIR Kanto Chiku Renmei.

The Howard Johnson is located quite close to the highway so making it to the location of the seminar will be quick work. It is also one of the newer hotels in Victoria, so the facilities are quite clean and comfortable.
University of Victoria Housing
There is also accommodation at UVic, however the buses might be a bit tricky during the weekend:
