Kansayaku Commission Certificate

This is the “ZNIR Kansayaku commission” certificate granted by Kato Haruo Sensei, Vice President of the ZNIR (All Japan Iaido Federation). The ZNIR Kansayaku (Overseas Surveillance Auditor) has the direct authority to enforce ZNIR regulations, including: reporting, expelling or excommunicating any member or local dojo, as well as giving out corrections to enforce appropriate ZNIR regulations.
